We are looking to appoint a positive, dynamic, enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher to join a highly successful Mathematics Team. The successful candidate will be committed to the development of creative and engaging teaching and learning which will instil in students a passion for learning and change their lives through learning in Mathematics. The Mathematics Team is well resourced and enjoys excellent facilities.

EAL MANAGER

We are looking to appoint a dynamic person [Teacher/TA/HLTA] as our EAL Coordinator. This role is vital to continue our improvement. It will include oversight for supporting and tracking the progress of our EAL pupils. We are looking to appoint a candidate who we believe has the capacity to make an exceptional contribution to EAL provision across the whole school and enable us to achieve our goal of all students leaving Heston having made real and substantial progress in their learning.
The successful candidate will manage two members of staff as part of the EAL team and work closely with other curriculum areas to continue to develop and improve learning in students who use English as an additional language.
